Welcome to our newly built beach home, Take It EaSea located in the
much sought-after gated community Destiny West! Just across the street
from the infamous Crab Trap & its public parking & beach access, this gated
community will have you feeling warm and cozy all week long. You’ll be
spoiled by the amenities, including a community Swimming pool, hot tub,
Tennis, Pickleball, and Basketball courts.

This is a 2-story custom beach house with 5 bedrooms & 4.5 bathrooms
and sleeps a total of 14 guests. You'll find the Main Master bedroom with a
private master bathroom on the first floor boasting a large wet area with
a stand-alone tub and shower and double vanity, and on the second floor you
will find 4 bedrooms, with 3 additional bathrooms. 2 of these bedrooms
have private baths. Between the 5 bedrooms, there are 4 king beds, 2 full
beds & 2 twin beds. 

Between the carport and the driveway, you can park up to 5 cars. There is a
pack-n-play for the little guests along with a booster chair. Located in the
carport closet, you will see that there is an extra refrigerator. Plenty of
beach gear for your use including chairs, an umbrella, a beach cart, and an ice chest.

The living area & kitchen area are connected through a smooth open floor
plan. With dining at your table along with your eat-in counter, everyone will
have a seat to enjoy your deliciously prepared meal from the gourmet
kitchen.

The second floor has a balcony with a gorgeous view of the neighborhood.
There are 2 sets of washers and dryers, one on the first floor and one on the
second. 

The back porch has a dining area and seating for 6 guests, along with a Blackstone grill to grill your fresh catch from the Gulf!

Master 3- King bed. Sleeps 2 ( Attached Full bath - Shower only)
Bedroom 4- King bed. Sleeps 2 (Shared Full Bath)
Bedroom 5- 2 full bunk beds. Sleeps 6 (Shared Full Bath)
