Welcome to Family Matters!

Located in Destiny East, Destin, this beach house has 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and sleeps 9 guests, and is also PET FRIENDLY! This beautiful home gives you your very own private pool in an upscale gated community. Family Matters has a 2 car garage with more parking in the driveway. Entering the property you'll be greeted with an arched gated entryway ushering you to your private courtyard. 

Inside the home, the open floor plan will leave you with a great view of the living area's flat screen T.V, along with the adjacent kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and beautiful cabinetry and countertops. Walk out the glass doors from the kitchen to the immaculate patio with additional seating and lounging around your personal grilling area, while also overlooking the pool. 

The sleeping arrangements leave everyone with their perfect amount of privacy. You'll find a half bath right next to the living area. You'll also find the master bedroom with a king bed, sleeper sofa and walk in closet that hosts a crib for the little guests. Attached is a private full bathroom. 

The second bedroom also has a king bed with an attached bathroom. The third bedroom comes with 2 twin bunk beds and a full bed with an attached bathroom. 

Destiny East has an incredible CLUBHOUSE with a large community pool, a Jacuzzi, Cabana area with gas grills, lighted tennis courts, basketball court, 25 seat movie theater, fitness center, paved walking paths, beautiful landscaping and an incredible state of the art playground!
