There is an ice maker in the refrigerator, as well as an additional ice maker in the pantry for your convenience. The 100 year old HEART PINE and Red Chicago Brick floors are truly beautiful. The dining room has a large table with seating for 8. Additional barstool seating at the bar for 2. There is a smaller table in the same room that sits 4. Total seating for 14. 

The large open living area and spacious dining room open up to the private pool with large patio area complete with G Grill and OUTDOOR KITCHEN. Each of the three floors has a covered porch, all overlook the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The private pool is total 10x26. The main pool is 10x20 and the mini pool is the additional 6 feet. There is a large deck and patio area surrounding the private pool with outdoor teak furniture and a dining table. There is a gate by the pool, walk out the gate, cross 98 and you are on the beach!

Back Area - Private optionally heated pool is surrounded by a large patio, outdoor dining area, outdoor kitchen with big screen TV, fridge, ice maker, so you can LIVE outside and enjoy all Ocean Season has to offer!

The huge master bedroom on the second floor has a king size bed and daybed with trundle (perfect for parents and 2 kids). It opens to the large second floor porch with 2 sets of french doors. The master bath is all white carrera marble, huge top-of-the-line jacuzzi ultratub, separate walk in shower with rainhead nozzle. 

The second queen bedroom is on the first floor and has it's own full bathroom with beautiful mosaic tile shower and Vessel Handmade custom sink. 

Third bedroom is located on the second floor, it has a king bed with a perfect Gulf view. It features french doors that open to the second floor porch overlooking the beach. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds. The third and fourth bedroom share a full bath with vessel handmade custom sink & large tub with shower. 

The fifth bedroom on the third floor is a large loft style area with bar and kitchenette and vaulted pine ceilings. The kitchenette has a sink and mini refrigerator. There is a queen bed and a Mitchell Gold pullout queen sofa sleeper in the large room. The third floor has a large wraparound porch with amazing Gulf views from all sides. The third floor bedroom has it's own full bathroom with shower. There is a table with 4 chairs in the third floor loft bedroom.
